Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love every item in your Cabello Essentials package. If you receive a defective product, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery. Here’s how:

  1. Send us a DM on Instagram with:
    • Your order number
    • A clear photo showing the issue
    • A short explanation of the problem
  2. Fill out the Returns & Refund Form provided to you via our Customer Support DM. 
  3. If approved, our team will handle the cost of the return process.

 Please note: Refunds apply only to the defective products. We cannot refund delivery costs, as this service is managed by a third-party courier. We may also take 24 hours to approve returns and refunds, especially during peak periods.
